Notice. These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “EULA”) are a contract between you and the individual developer who licenses RentSure (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”). They are written for clarity and App Store alignment. They are not legal advice. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
RentSure (“the App”) is licensed, not sold, to you. The App is intended for personal, non‑commercial housing search assistance unless we expressly permit otherwise in writing.
Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, Licensor grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable, revocable licence to download and use one copy of the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the “Apple Usage Rules”).
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Licensor only, and not with Apple Inc. or its affiliates (“Apple”). Licensor, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content, except as required by Apple’s rules.
Your licence to use the App on Apple platforms is also subject to the Apple Usage Rules. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Apple Usage Rules as applied to your use through the App Store, the Apple Usage Rules govern to the extent required by Apple.
Third‑party beneficiary.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, those limitations apply to you only to the extent permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Licensor from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third‑party rights or law.
The App (including software, UI, text, graphics, and branding) is owned by Licensor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence in Section 2, no rights are granted to you.
Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used by Licensor without obligation to you, subject to our Privacy Policy where personal data is involved.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Use the Privacy Policy URL published on the App Store listing (or in the App) as the controlling version.
We may update the App or these Terms. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the effective date (and version where shown) on the hosted Terms page. Where required by law or Apple policy, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
Your licence ends automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Licensor may suspend or discontinue the App or features where permitted by law or contract. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.
You may not use or export the App except as authorised by United States, Singapore, and other applicable export control and sanctions laws.
Except where mandatory consumer law of your country of residence provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Subject to non‑waivable rights, courts located in Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or another region with mandatory venue or law rules, those rules may apply to you instead where required.
